My Story

In 2012, I took a 10k investment and built a film location business that would generate over 1 million in revenue yearly.

By 2018, I had 4 locations and plenty of bookings.  All gas and no brakes, leading to inevitable crash.

I tried everything to better manage the success.  More staff.  More systems.  But I quickly found that these solutions barely made a dent.
